The new partnership aims at providing French-speaking member countries all kinds of training programs.

Support for entrepreneurs is the key to the growth of VSEs and SMEs. The Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) and the French public investment bank Bpifrance have built a partnership to provide online training programs to entrepreneurs through the Bpifrance Université platform. A collaboration that will benefit business leaders in ICD network of Banks French-speaking countries.

Developing an entrepreneurial ecosystem through e-learning

Different topics to develop entrepreneurs’ knowledge. Through this partnership, both Bpifrance and ICD hope to promote economic collaboration, and to nurture the development of an entrepreneurial ecosystem. These training programs are completely free of charge, and cover a large range of topics: finance, innovation, marketing, sales, international, digital transformation, management… Accessible knowledge and basis to further develop their business.  

“We are delighted to provide our network in the ICD French-speaking member countries with a quality e-learning platform and to contribute to the provision of the technical assistance necessary for the development of skills of private sector actors” said Mr. Ayman Amin Sejiny, CEO of ICD.

Bpifrance University, that hosts the training programs, regularly add new contents on its website, in various forms: webinars, modules, quizzes and exercises, guides, podcasts. They are all made by experts, from professional associations to business and management school teachers, consultants, or experts from Bpifrance.

Initially made for French entrepreneurs and business leaders, the partnership extends this offer to ICD network French-speaking member countries. “Our e-learning programs aim to help SME managers to develop skills and to review their strategies and areas of development. It is therefore a great pride to collaborate with our partner, the ICD, in order to offer this content to French-speaking leaders”, said Hélène Clément, Director of Programs and Courses at Bpifrance University.
