What is your role within Bpifrance?

I analyze the different financial needs of French companies that wish to export in the US and Canada, and subsequently advise them regarding possible financial solutions. I also connect individuals with experts based on their export needs. Finally, I strive to stimulate synergies within my network and promote all Bpifrance’s activities.

How do you help and support French companies internationally?

First, I analyze their development strategy. Then, based on their go-to-market approach, I offer different financial and expansion solutions. I also help companies meet the right individuals so that they can prosper quickly and effectively (experts, investment funds, accelerators, attorneys, communities, and mentors).

How do you work with non-French companies in your field?

My work with non-French companies varies drastically. I work with VCs and private equity funds, American and international accelerators and incubators, headhunters and HR specialists, law firms and immigration attorneys, and consultants. I also work occasionally with international companies looking to open offices in France.

What is your role within Bpifrance?

I advise French entrepreneurs eager to target Southern Africa and help them move their projects forward. I also promote all the international activities of Bpifrance locally (Export finance, Investment, Insurance) and establish partnerships with banks, Investment Funds or any other entities whose help could benefit French Companies.

How do you help and support French companies internationally?

I raise awareness of Southern Africa as an investment destination. After analyzing the go-to-market approach of French entrepreneurs eager to target this market I direct them to the right financing solutions offered by Bpifrance or partners. I also help French companies find partners and win contracts in Southern Africa.

How do you work with non-French companies in your field?

I connect South African companies interested by the “French fab” know-how with French companies able to satisfy their need. Conversely, I help South African actors set up a presence in France by giving them details about public support and incentives. I occasionally direct South African companies to our partners and help them raise funds

What is your role within Bpifrance?

I help Bpifrance coordinate our activities in the Middle East and Central Asia. We help French companies export by promoting Bpifrance’s products and building a strong network. We support the Export finance team by originating deals, meeting borrowers/buyers and facilitating transactions. We also participate in partnerships with sovereign funds.

How do you help and support French companies internationally?

I meet managers when they travel to the region or have a proximity relationship with their local subsidiaries, and I organize sector-level missions for French companies in the region. I also help French companies meet the right contacts to grow their business.

How do you work with non-French companies in your field?

We meet local importers to highlight the quality of French products and services as well as Bpi’s competitive export financing. We collaborate with VCs and private equity funds to detect investment opportunities for our International Fund of Funds and to maintain privileged contacts for our clients who want to raise funds locally.

What is your role within Bpifrance?

My role is to represent Bpifrance across the different African countries, supporting our network in France. I am also a relay for our French teams when they want to talk with local contacts, be they public or private. I can make Bpifrance benefit from my Pan African network in order to aim for the best possible outcome for our clients.

How do you help and support French companies internationally?

First, I promote all Bpifrance’s products and services to all the businesses I meet in my territory, before passing the relay to our teams in France. Afterwards, I give insights on the political and economical environments, etc… in order that our analyses be as relevant as possible. I also promote Africa and its economic potential to our clients.

How do you work with non-French companies in your field?

In most of Africa local financing is very limited. Bpifrance’s role as the French Export Credit Agency helps promote French exports with foreign buyers. Therefore, I hold regular discussions with these, be they public or private, in order to give them information about our tools and conditions, and support the contracts proposed by our exporters.

What is your role within Bpifrance?

I am the ASEAN area manager, based in Singapore. I am the link between all Bpifrance's activities and the region, I promote Bpifrance among the ecosystem. I also help French companies that wish to export to the area by advising them on possible financial solutions and putting them into contact with the right people.

How do you help and support French companies internationally?

First through the strength of the network and partners. We analyze French companies’ go to market strategy and advise them on financial and expansion solutions. I aIso regularly help organize international missions to ASEAN so that French business can discover market opportunities and gain fast knoweldge to accelerate their development.

How do you work with non-French companies in your field?

We regularly meet up with local importers in order to showcase the high quality of French products and services and spread information about Bpifrance’s competitive export financing. I also work with other funds (sovereign and private). Finally, I accompany non-French companies looking to open in France, Bpifrance being a brick of attractiveness especially with our innovation financing solutions.

What is your role within Bpifrance?

Bpifrance sent me to Mexico to develop our network in Mexico and Latin America. My role is to connect French companies with local ecosystems in the area. One of my biggest objectives is to spread information about Bpifrance’s services to French companies, but also to non-French companies and institutions.

How do you help and support French companies internationally?

Being in Mexico, I can give French companies advice about doing business in the area and help them build their strategy. But most importantly, I give them the best financial advice considering the financial characteristics of the Latin American market, which is key to success. Also, I connect companies to the contacts they need to succeed in Latin America.

How do you work with non-French companies in your field?

We are in a very competitive area, especially in Mexico. My mission is also to spread information about our activities to non-French companies. We want them to know that should they decide to work with French companies, as clients or partners in a joint venture, we will support their business indirectly.
